What is "The Balance Board Club"?
The Balance Board Club is our loyalty program where you earn points by ordering, recommending, rating and following us on social media.
As a reward, individual discounts, free products and great promotions are waiting for you to redeem with your points!
How can I collect points?
You can earn points by doing the following activities:
Sign up:
New customers who sign up for "The Balance Board Club" will initially receive 200 points! If you already have an account this is no problem! Your points from past purchases can be unlocked.
Shopping:
All qualifying purchases will earn 6 points for every € spent.
Birthday Points:
Celebrate your birthday. We'll treat ourselves and add 200 points to your gift.
Referral:
You and your friend will receive a 20€ gift card for a purchase of 60€ or more once your friend completes their purchase. You can recommend as much as you like!
Reviews:
Leave a product or company review and earn points.
P.S. Attach a picture to your review.

Who can join "The Balance Board Club"?
Anyone! You can simply sign up here and start collecting points. Please keep in mind that only one account can be created per customer.
Where can I check how many points I have?
Click on the "wahu rewards" widget in the lower left corner of any page in our wahu store and select the "Home" tab to see how many points you have earned.
I have already ordered, signed up on social media but still don't see any points in my account.
No worries! Sometimes it just takes a little while for our system to process the points and credit them to your account. If you don't find your points in your account within 24 hours, feel free to email us with your concerns.
What happens to my points if I return or cancel my order?
All points associated with this order will be deducted from your The Balance Board Club account balance.
How can I withdraw from "The Balance Board Club"?
Too bad you are leaving! If you want to leave The Balance Board Club, just send us an e-mail and we will deactivate your account. Please note that all your accumulated points will be lost.
